Bomb Threat in Aspen
January 1, 2009
New Years Eve in Aspen was shut down by a "credible" bomb threat. The Aspen Core went into "lock down mode" at about 3pm and the biggest party night of the year was "basically cancelled". Sources tell us that several explosive devices were found and defused by the Grand Junction Bomb Squad.
The scare, which we labeled "economic terrorism" did not hamper New Year's Eve at the super-sexy Lingerie party at a private home on Red Mountain.
