Aspen Poets' Society

A Poem by Ed Cross of the ASPEN POETS' SOCIETY.

                        To ski

Lay the bladeRaconteur Ed Cross; slingin' verse, makin turns.

Carve the turn

Accelerate

Exhilarate

Controlled speed

Flowing motion

Racing

Down the mountain

Desperately

Senses reeling

A special feeling

To live, to be

To ski

Amen, Ed. It reads like a prayer.

Nice meeting you at the courthouse! Thanks for taking such a great picture! I've misplaced Yael's e-mail, can you send it to me privately?
Best of luck in your endeavors,
